Eco Centre
The proposed extension to Hope Gardens could create a new Eco Centre with a contemporary design offering essential community spaces for reflection, retail and supporting volunteer activities.
The scheme is proposed as an extension to the Hope Gardens community space, which has significant importance for the local community as a space for those affected by the Grenfell Tragedy.
The proposed floor plans show the Centre will cover a Gross External Area (GEA) of 189m2 and will contain a number of uses within the ground and first floor levels of a new contemporary structure. The proposed uses at ground floor level include:

Internal storage and plant cupboards.

External bin store area (beside Wall of Truth).

Small office meeting space with a kitchenette.

Information point / reception area

Foyer area with tables, chairs and workstations.

Standard and accessible toilets (WC).
